The 2023 recipient of BIPLA’s Distinguished Public Service Award is The Honorable Kara Farnandez Stoll, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The keynote speaker for the event is Dan Cnossen, a former Navy SEAL and 7-time US Paralympic medalist.
