Working together. Diversity & Inclusion
At Wolf Greenfield, diversity and inclusion means bringing together highly talented individuals with a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, and providing an environment where they can thrive both personally and professionally. This is an integral part of our firm culture, and a critical component of our firm goals of innovation, teamwork, and providing our clients with optimal service.
Inclusive intellectual property.
We understand that we have a professional responsibility to promote equal access to opportunity and to justice. At Wolf Greenfield, we begin by promoting a collegial and inclusive atmosphere so that all employees can contribute at their highest level to serving our clients.

The Wolf Greenfield team that I interact with is more than 50% female, which is not common in patent prep and prosecution, and it has been refreshing to have this added level of diversity. The collaboration between team members to provide counsel, and the team’s willingness to dig into the technology with scientists, has been top tier.

Diversity Fellowship Program
Wolf Greenfield is committed to recruiting and retaining future attorneys who will contribute to the diversity of our firm and the field of intellectual property law. Our Diversity Fellowship Program is designed to give students pursuing a career in intellectual property law a realistic sense of what it is like to practice at Wolf Greenfield.
The Wolf Greenfield Diversity Fellowship Program is a paid summer intern or co-op position at the firm, running 10 weeks from mid-May through July.

Wolf Greenfield is a Certified Midsize Mansfield Plus law firm through Diversity Lab, demonstrating the firm’s unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As a member, Wolf Greenfield supports FADIPL’s programs and recruits from its scholars program for our Fellowship Program.

Wolf Greenfield is a member of LCLD to work to build a more open and diverse legal profession through leadership development programs. Each year attorneys participate as diversity fellows and diversity pathfinders.
