IPMI 2023 IP Law & Management Institute

Libbie DiMarco will lead a Think Tank Session titled “Navigating Common IP Challenges with Business Partners: Best Practices Relating to Indemnification and Other IP Issues” at International Performance Management Institute’s (IPMI) 2023 IP Law & Management Institute. The session will focus on best practices for responding to or demanding supplier indemnification in suits involving multiple different suppliers, negotiating indemnification provisions, supply-chain or other business implications based on litigation against suppliers or OEMs, and other best practices for joint endeavors that involve IP.
