For the third year in a row, Patexia Inc.—an intellectual property community and information service—has named Wolf Greenfield among the top-performing and most active law firms for inter partes review (IPR). Wolf was ranked in the top 1% of all U.S. firms for success rate, and was one of only two firms to be named in the top 20 best performing firms for both petitioners and patent owners. Wolf was also ranked as one of the most experienced IPR practices in the country, in the top 5% of all firms based on the number of cases handled.
Rich Giunta, the chair of our Post-Grant Proceedings Group, was ranked in the top 1% of all U.S. attorneys for both overall success rate and number of cases handled. Shareholders Randy Pritzker, Mike Rader and Ed Walsh were also recognized as top performers.
