Stephen Rabinowitz Named Lawyer of the Year for Biotechnology and Life Sciences by The Best Lawyers in America 2024
Stephen Rabinowitz, Counsel in Wolf Greenfield’s Post-Grant Proceedings Practice, has been named Lawyer of the Year for Biotechnology and Life Sciences Practice in New York City in The Best Lawyers in America® 2024. Lawyer of the Year is awarded to an individual with the highest overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Stephen focuses his practice on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings with an emphasis on life sciences matters, particularly biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. His experience includes litigating cases in federal district courts across the country as well as the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Stephen draws on his extensive legal and medical experience to counsel clients across a host of technology areas. He has litigated and prosecuted patents concerning pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics and biotechnology, including barcoding and sequencing technologies, antibodies, and aptamers.
