“Nathan’s depth of appellate experience and mastery of complex legal issues make him ideally suited to lead our appellate practice,” added Greg. “He is known for his rigorous analysis and ability to distill complex technical matters into compelling legal arguments.”

“I’m honored to step into this leadership role,” said Libbie. “Wolf Greenfield has long been at the forefront of ITC litigation, and I look forward to building on that legacy.”

Nathan added, “Our appellate team has a proven record of success in shaping IP law through precedent-setting decisions. I’m excited to continue that tradition and guide our clients through their most important appeals.”
