Wolf Greenfield Maintains Its Status as a Top Workplace

Wolf Greenfield has been named among the best law firms to work at in 2024 by The Business of Law Digest, in conjunction with Best Companies Group. Wolf Greenfield is one of just 29 law firms across the United States selected for this recognition termed “Best Places to Work: Law Firms.” This is the second consecutive year the firm has received this recognition.

“This new program recognizes firms that prioritize their employees’ well-being and create a positive work environment for their teams,” according to The Business of Law Digest.

The nation-wide survey measured firms against a wide range of benchmarks, including the presence of formal programs for actively recruiting a diverse workforce, older employees, and members of the military; long-tenured senior management; bonuses for employee referrals; telecommuting options; family-friendly benefits; a focus on work/life balance, and tuition assistance programs.

Winning firms received high marks for confidence in leadership, strong communication, corporate culture, ongoing training options, fair pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction, among other criteria.

“This recognition as one of the best places to work in the legal industry is a testament to our collective efforts in nurturing a supportive and dynamic work environment,” said Rob Walat, Wolf Greenfield’s President and Managing Partner. “I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to our employees, whose passion and commitment continue to drive our success and shape our culture.”
