Wolf Greenfield Maintains Mansfield Certification Plus in Continued Commitment to Diversify Leadership
Wolf Greenfield is proud to announce its achievement in maintaining Mansfield Certification Plus. Facilitated by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process that our firm has committed to since 2021 to ensure all talent at our firm has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership by embedding accountability, transparency, and knowledge sharing into talent practices.
Wolf Greenfield’s Certification “Plus” status indicates that, in addition to successfully meeting the consideration and transparency requirements, our firm has achieved 30% representation of historically underrepresented groups in current leadership roles and pathway activities.
Wolf Greenfield is proud to stand with the 360+ firms that have achieved Mansfield Certification to advance a core value in the legal profession: the belief that everyone should have a fair opportunity for career advancement. We believe that by making our workplace one where everyone can succeed, we can better serve our clients and communities.
Throughout the year, Wolf Greenfield voluntarily provides data to Diversity Lab to show the progress and outcomes of our efforts to broaden talent pools and increase the visibility of our advancement processes. This transparency allows the firm and Diversity Lab to celebrate progress and to identify areas with continued opportunities for improvement.
Wolf Greenfield is pleased to have experienced positive progress since we joined Mansfield and remains committed to taking measurable actions to ensure that our processes are — and remain — inclusive. The firm will continue to sustainably build teams that reflect the diversity of its clients and communities while providing innovative counsel and exceptional service.
Wolf Greenfield has renewed our commitment for the 2024–2025 certification period. To learn more about what Wolf Greenfield is doing to action its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, please visit the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion page.
