As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Elizabeth is responsible for leading the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. Elizabeth actively provides leadership in a variety of areas such as compensation, performance management, talent hiring and onboarding, organizational development, benefits, and program administration. Working closely with the firm executive committee and partnership, Elizabeth strives to enhance firm culture through a variety of programs, learning and developmental opportunities, and employee perks. Elizabeth brings to her role over 20 years of law firm human resources experience. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
