Overview

Emily Burge focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with particular experience representing clients in Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Emily manages discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests and preparing for and defending fact and expert witness depositions. She drafts substantive motions, including motions for summary determination and motions in limine, and conducts legal research and drafts memoranda analyzing issues of patent infringement, validity, and ITC procedure.

Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield, Emily was an associate at a global law firm, where she focused on intellectual property litigation before the ITC. She also served as a legal intern with the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the ITC, where she assisted Commission Investigative Attorneys in Section 337 investigations.
