Sydney Hobson assists the Electrical & Computer Technologies Practice in patent prosecution. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of biomedical, electrical, and computer engineering.
Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield full time, Sydney was a Technology Specialist Intern at the firm.
Sydney earned her Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). During her time at WPI, Sydney actively engaged in projects related to biomedical data analysis and the development of medical devices. Notably, she built a working cochlear implant model and model of the auditory periphery. She also utilized signals processing methods to analyze a miniature, wireless, and continuous-monitoring sensor in development for a medical device.
