Overview

John McGrath focuses his practice on patent litigation. His experience comprises all phases of patent litigation from pre-suit diligence through evidentiary hearings and post-hearing review. He has counseled clients across multiple International Trade Commission Section 337 Investigations and district court patent infringement suits with an emphasis on the economic, public interest, and damages aspects of each matter.

Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield, John was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm.

While in law school, John served as a Notes Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal. John was also a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, a member of the Moot Court Board, a Dean’s Fellow, Writing Fellow, and 1L Student Mentor.
