Jimmy has extensive experience guiding clients through the full patent lifecycle, from invention disclosure through prosecution and portfolio development. He has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of US and foreign patent applications across a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, 802.11 WiFi protocols, analog and digital circuitry, advanced software platforms, cloud-based systems, aerospace technologies, medical diagnostics, and complex communication systems. He also provides patentability analyses, freedom-to-operate opinions, and infringement analyses to support research, development, and product launch decisions.
