Overview
Ben Walsh assists clients with patent prosecution related to both design and utility patents. With a strong foundation in chemical and process engineering, Ben brings extensive experience in consumer products, medical devices, medical robotics, and polymers.
Ben works with a broad range of clients, from innovative start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies. Whether assisting in developing tailored patent strategies for emerging businesses or securing domestic and international rights for established corporations, Ben helps clients protect and grow their intellectual property portfolios.
Before joining Wolf Greenfield full time, Ben was a summer associate in the firm’s Mechanical Technologies Practice. Prior to this, he was a field engineer and technical supervisor at Hitachi, where he supported Hitachi’s Commuter Rail Positive Train Control (PTC) system for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
