Overview
Zach Westhoff focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the electrical and computer technologies space. He works with clients ranging from start-ups to large global companies and research institutions on technologies such as superconductors, electrical connectors, fusion reactors, and optical systems.
Zach’s experience includes patent drafting, portfolio review and competitive analysis, freedom-to-operate opinions, invalidity and prior art analysis, and IP due diligence. In addition, Zach has experience with standard essential patents (SEPs).
Having lived in Japan, Zach seamlessly integrates his international experience into his practice to better serve clients with global business and legal needs.
