An article co-authored by Sarah Schlotter titled “Patenting Quantum Computing Technologies in Europe and the US” was published in the Hoffmann Eitle Quarterly. Quantum technologies, and quantum computing in particular, are not only setting new technical frontiers but also new legal frontiers when it comes to patenting these technologies.
