What are the standard firm hours?
The firm’s full-time non-exempt employees work 7 hours daily, and 35 hours each week. Exempt full-time employees work 40 hours per week. Flexible schedules are allowed in some positions depending on job responsibilities and several other factors.

What should I expect after submitting an application?
After submitting an application, you will receive an email to confirm that your application has been received. After reviewing your application documents, you can expect to hear from a member of our Human Resources team regarding the status of your application and the interview process.
What can a new hire expect in terms of onboarding and training?
Prior to your first day you will be provided with clear instructions and guidance regarding what to expect throughout the hiring process.
We believe that onboarding is a critical component to your success at Wolf Greenfield. With that in mind, we strive to create a structured onboarding plan for you to not only learn about your role, but also connect with your colleagues, learn about firm resources and integrate into the firm successfully.
How do employees receive feedback?
In additional to consistent and ongoing feedback from your supervisor, and from those with whom you work, Wolf Greenfield has an annual performance review process which incorporates detailed written review from those who have been closely involved with your work throughout the year. Our evaluation process serves to ensure that employees are able to track their own performance and professional growth over time and gives the opportunity for identifying areas of improvement or professional development. This formal process also provides the opportunity for employees to have a structured discussion regarding future development and goals with their supervisor.
What are the opportunities for advancement?
Employees who demonstrate that they have the desire, ability and qualifications to move into other positions at the firm are always encouraged to apply for available opportunities. The firm is dedicated to investing in our employees and providing them with the training and experience needed to advance within their roles and the firm over time.
What bonuses are offered?
We offer our employees two bonus opportunities in December. One is an annual discretionary merit-based bonus tied to the annual performance review process that typically takes place in the fall/winter of each year. Employees may also be eligible for a tenure-based bonus.
