  1. Safely, effectively and ethically integrate AI tools into daily patent practice while complying with USPTO guidelines and ethical standards;
  2. How the USPTO is currently using AI and how we can expect the USPTO to leverage AI moving forward; and
  3. How leveraging AI to focus on core inventive concepts from the start can streamline prosecution, enhance collaboration between applicants and examiners, and ultimately reduce the time and cost of securing patents.
