UF Innovate Pathways: Intellectual Property for Innovators
Jonathan B. Roses, Kevin MacDonald, and Jess von Reyn, will present a two-day workshop titled “Intellectual Property for Innovators” at University of Florida’s Innovate Pathways Program. Open to all UF innovators, this workshop will provide the intellectual property basics to help create impact through innovation, including short lectures on the introduction to IP, intro to patents, protecting software inventions, protecting biotech inventions, and protecting inventions in the absence of patents. It includes small group discussions and advice from the IP attorneys at Wolf Greenfield and the team at UF Innovate as well as insights from a faculty innovator.
