Wolf Greenfield achieved two victories on behalf of Nimble (The Data Company Technologies Inc.) in IPR proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), IPR2022-00135 and IPR2022-00138. Nimble is a technology company that streamlines web data pipelines for any business need at any scale. Wolf Greenfield filed the IPRs on Nimble’s behalf against patents that had previously been asserted against other companies in the Eastern District of Texas. Wolf Greenfield successfully argued that all challenged claims are unpatentable over the prior art. The patent owner, Bright Data Ltd., has appealed.
