Wolf Greenfield Achieves Mansfield Certification Plus in Continued Commitment to Diversify Leadership
Wolf Greenfield is proud to announce its achievement in attaining Mansfield Certification Plus. Facilitated by Diversity Lab, the Mansfield Certification is an 18-month collaboration in which firms commit to boosting the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered through a science-driven method that embeds accountability, transparency, and knowledge sharing into talent practices.
Wolf Greenfield’s Certification “Plus” status indicates that, in addition to successfully meeting the consideration and transparency requirements, the firm has achieved 30% representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in current leadership roles and pathway activities.
Wolf Greenfield acknowledges that with diverse leadership comes more inclusive and equitable perspectives and decisions that reflect the needs of its diverse workforce for the benefit of its talent and clients. In practice at Wolf Greenfield, this means that leaders thoughtfully and inclusively expand the pools of talent when making considerations for firm governance roles, equity partner promotions, client pitches, award nominations, and more.
“This is a historic day for Wolf Greenfield,” said Jas Lee, Chair of Wolf Greenfield’s Diversity Committee. “The Mansfield framework will benefit our firm and our clients for years to come, as it helps us ensure that we approach succession planning for the next generation of leaders in an inclusive, structured, and intentional manner consistently across offices and practices.”
Wolf Greenfield is pleased to have reached this significant milestone and remains committed to the positive changes the firm has made. The firm will continue to sustainably build teams that reflect the diversity of its clients and communities while providing innovative counsel and exceptional service.
