Wolf Greenfield Continues Growth of PTAB Team With Addition of Jennifer Bush

Wolf Greenfield has added further depth to its nationally ranked Post-Grant Proceedings Practice with the addition of Jennifer Bush as counsel. Jennifer brings extensive experience in post-grant proceedings, serving as both lead and backup counsel in numerous inter partes reviews (IPR), post-grant reviews (PGR), patent appeals, and patent reexamination proceedings.

“Jennifer’s depth of experience and proven track record in post-grant proceedings make her a tremendous asset to our team,” said Elisabeth Hunt, chair of Wolf Greenfield’s Post-Grant Proceedings Practice. “Her strategic insights and dedication to client success align perfectly with Wolf Greenfield’s commitment to excellence in intellectual property law in general, and in particular in contested matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Central Reexamination Unit.”

Wolf Greenfield now boasts two of the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials, as both Jennifer and Elisabeth have been recognized by the PTAB Bar Association. Jennifer has handled 35 PGRs to date, making her the most experienced PGR attorney in the US. In addition to providing legal services for her clients, Jennifer frequently lectures and writes on topics related to IP law.

Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield, Jennifer practiced at an Am Law 100 law firm, where she played a pivotal role in high-profile PTAB cases. Jennifer also has over a decade of patent prosecution experience across a wide range of technical fields and regularly represents clients in patent litigation matters.

Jennifer’s arrival underscores Wolf Greenfield’s dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients navigating the complexities of post-grant proceedings. To date, Wolf Greenfield has handled over 230 IPRs and PGRs as well as many reexaminations, interferences, and parallel litigations, and the firm’s track record is among the top in the nation. Wolf Greenfield is regularly recognized by publications such as The Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, Managing IP, and IAM Patent 1000 as a leader in IPRs before the PTAB. In 2024, the firm was ranked among the top 10 law firms in the US in the category of “Patents: prosecution (including reexamination and post-grant proceedings)” by The Legal 500.

With the addition of Michael Parsons as counsel in 2024 and two newly promoted shareholders in 2025, Anant Saraswat and Adam Wichman, Jennifer’s arrival builds on this momentum, advancing the firm’s strategic growth in post-grant proceedings.
