Wolf Greenfield has been recognized as one of the top performing and most active law firms for ITC litigation in the 2026 ITC Intelligence Report issued by Patexia Inc., a leading intellectual property analytics and information platform.
In its seventh annual report, Patexia ranked Wolf Greenfield among the nation’s elite law firms based on ITC performance and activity.
The firm’s rankings include:
- Top 4% (12th of 300+) of best performing law firms nationwide representing respondents at the ITC.
- Top 6% (18th of 300+) for overall performance representing both respondents and complainants at the ITC.
- Top 9% (28th of 300+) for overall activity representing both respondents and complainants at the ITC.
