Arden Bonzo

Overview

Arden Bonzo focuses her practice on patent litigation. Her experience includes infringement and patent validity analyses, drafting pleadings, fact discovery, deposition preparation, and trial evidence management.

Prior to joining the firm full time, Arden was a summer associate in Wolf Greenfield’s Litigation Practice.

While in law school, Arden participated in the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic and the Boston College Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic (EIC). Through the Civil Litigation Clinic, she represented tenants in housing disputes, including successful representation before a Boston Housing Court. Through the EIC, she advised small-business clients on contractor agreements and business policies.

Experience

• Defending Ascendis Pharma in a District of Delaware case involving auto-injector devices, with primary drafting responsibility for pleadings and a motion to dismiss.
• Representing Lumenis Be Ltd. in the Eastern District of Texas in litigation involving dry eye treatment technology, including discovery responsibilities and drafting contentions.
• Represented single-cell sequencing company Scale Biosciences in District of Delaware litigation, handling document review and privilege issues, supporting expert discovery, and managing exhibit preparation for trial.
• Supported trial efforts for ANI Pharmaceuticals in a Delaware Superior Court case concerning adenovirus vector technology, including preparing a technical expert and managing the admission of evidence at trial.
• Represented patent owner NL Giken in a case against Amazon regarding streaming technologies, including preparing infringement analyses and deposition materials, through the case's settlement.
