Pardon the interruption, but we are lawyers after all, so we need to make sure you understand that calling, or leaving a message does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Also, you need to know the information in your call will not be considered privileged or confidential unless, of course, we already represent you or have agreed to receive limited confidential material from you as a prospective client.
If you are a client, do not call with time-sensitive patent filing instructions and do not assume we have received or are acting upon your filing instructions unless you receive written confirmation from us.
If you would like to discuss becoming a client, please contact one of our attorneys to arrange for a meeting or telephone conference.
There, that wasn’t so bad, was it? Thank you for your interest in Wolf Greenfield.

Client Testimonials
Bob is technically brilliant and he absolutely knows our needs. I appreciate how when he reaches an opinion on a judgment call he shares the details of his thinking and isn’t afraid to offer his judgment.
When I joined here, Bob was the only outside counsel that reached out to me and was generous with his time and was willing to give me a lot of information and training material and really helped me with my learning curve. I also like him as a person. He’s a good guy and someone I want to work with, and I can’t say that about a lot of lawyers.
Bob’s responsiveness is kind of amazing, actually. I know I’m not the only client he has, but I feel like I am the only client on the days he is working for me. He is clear in his communication, handholds when necessary, and intelligently presents the information. He is very willing to hop on a call, participate in a meeting, and very good with scheduling the work. Stuff I send doesn’t languish with Bob.
I am so happy to work with Bob. The conversation is clear and to the point. The way he presents a claim and an issue and how it can be looked at makes it so simple to understand. It takes a great skill to present the claim that way.
Bob is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable about such a wide range of product offerings, and he is able to explain patents to business people. He is an educator and a mentor. He speaks both the technical and legal languages.

For major consumer products company seeking to enter a competitor’s market, conducted six-month study to identify blocking patents and then guided company through design process so resulting product would stand up to litigation attacks.
For major medical device client looking to purchase a particular technology, led IP diligence on assessing potential acquisition targets, simultaneously guiding client through an internal design process to develop similar patentable technology.
While performing a targeted infringement clearance study relating to a different feature of a client’s product, discovered an infringement issue which was resolved with a change in design in under two weeks.
During routine diligence within a client’s market place, detected an infringing product of a major competitor.
