1L Fellowship Program

Wolf Greenfield is committed to recruiting and retaining future attorneys who will grow to be leaders of our firm and active contributors to the field of intellectual property law. Our 1L Fellowship Program is designed to give law students with demonstrated leadership interest and collaborative capabilities who are pursuing a career in intellectual property law a realistic sense of what it is like to practice at Wolf Greenfield.

Our Program

Wolf Greenfield’s 1L Fellowship Program endeavors to identify first-year law students who have demonstrated leadership qualities and resilience in their pursuit of a career in intellectual property law. Our commitment to cultivating a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive firm culture drives us to recruit and support future attorneys who share our core values.

1L Fellows will participate in Wolf Greenfield’s 10-week summer program, designed to immerse students in our work and culture.


Eligibility

All applicants must: 

Be a 1L law student currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and intellectual curiosity.

Include resume, undergraduate and law school transcripts, and personal statement. We will review applications internally on a rolling basis.


Mentoring & Training

Our commitment to mentoring and training is evident in every aspect our firm. Fellows will be matched up with an attorney who will serve as an advisor during the summer program and throughout the remainder of a Fellow’s law school career.
