We are actively recruiting for the following position(s):

  • Chemical and Materials Technologies Associate, New York or Boston based. We are seeking a patent prosecution attorney to join our Chemical and Materials Technology group.  Qualified applicants will have an advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study, be a member of the patent bar, and have patent drafting and prosecution experience.  Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Electrical and Computer Technologies Associate, New York or Boston based. We are seeking a patent prosecution attorney to join our Electrical and Computer Technologies group.  Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years of experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study (advanced degree preferred but not required), be a member of the patent bar and have patent drafting and prosecution experience.  Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Post‐Grant Associate, New York or Boston based. Our Post-Grant group is looking for an attorney to join its growing and nationally recognized practice.  Interested candidates will have 2-5 years of post-law school experience, preferably with an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree.  Prior experience with post‐grant contested matters before the USPTO such as inter partes review proceedings is preferred, but not required.  Applicants must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
