Wolf Greenfield is proud to announce Jen Wang has been selected as a member of the 2021 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows, participating in a landmark program created by LCLD to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Created in 2011, this program is an ambitious, highly structured training designed to build relationships and leadership skills with the goal of producing a generation of attorneys who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large.
“Being a 2021 LCLD Fellow is an honor,” said Jen Wang. “As an LCLD Fellow, I have the opportunity to meet and learn from leaders around the country throughout the year and beyond. We all share a common dedication toward advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.”
Founded in 2009, LCLD has grown to an organization of more than 350 members, including lawyers who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation's leading law firms. United by a spirit of activism and personal commitment, LCLD members participate widely in the programs they've created—leading by example, taking action and challenging the legal profession to prepare future generations of diverse talent for the highest positions of leadership.
