Greg Corbett has over 25 years of experience, including as lead litigation counsel representing clients in all stages of complex intellectual property and patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, appellate proceedings, licensing, and client counseling. A first-chair litigator with extensive experience litigating in multiple jurisdictions, Greg represents clients in cases involving a wide range of technologies. He has been to trial many times, including as lead counsel in six recent trials before the International Trade Commission (ITC) in multi-patent cases involving computer system and semiconductor technologies, a successful jury trial in the District of Delaware, and successful trials in the Eastern District of Virginia and the Northern District of California.
Hunter Baker advises on matters involving pharmaceuticals, biologics, polymers, chemistry, and materials. With more than 20 years of experience counseling life sciences clients, his practice includes patent prosecution, patentability searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, opinion letters, IP diligence, and licensing. Hunter works closely with clients ranging from academic institutions and start-ups to large pharmaceutical companies. He also works with clients in the financial industry to evaluate the IP involved in their investments. Hunter completed his medical training at Harvard Medical School. He earned a PhD and MA in Chemistry from Harvard University and a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Elisabeth Hunt chairs Wolf Greenfield’s Post-Grant Proceedings Practice, which is ranked in the top 1% of law firms for best performance before the Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB) in Patexia’s IPR Intelligence Report. Elisabeth regularly serves as lead counsel for sophisticated technology companies in inter partes review (IPR), post-grant review (PGR), and ex parte reexamination (EPR) proceedings. She is recognized by the PTAB Bar Association among the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials, and has represented patent challengers and patentees in over 100 proceedings before the PTAB. Elisabeth holds a PhD and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS from Princeton University in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and her technical experience spans a wide range of electrical and computer technologies.
